4.1 Currency. All mea888 account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies via third-party payment processors may be subject to conversion rates applied by those processors — mea888 is not responsible for currency conversion rates applied outside the platform.

The applicable cap is stated in the promotion terms. mea888 reserves the right to limit withdrawals of winnings obtained in circumstances it reasonably determines to be outside the spirit of the promotional offer.
6.1 All games available on the mea888 platform are governed by the individual game rules accessible within the game interface. For live dealer games, the rules applied by the dealer and the game's recorded outcome are final.
6.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, mea888 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. mea888's determination in such cases is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure below.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
